The Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP) and the Hardship Assistance Program (HAP) provide assistance with water bills and plumbing repairs based on your household income. Even if you’re not sure you would qualify, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
United Way can provide WRAP and the Hardship Assistance Program assistance for Oakland County residents only.
If you need water assistance and you live outside Oakland County, please call 2-1-1 to receive a referral for the agency that serves your area.
